Transcendental Meditation Centres in Scotland

There are two permanent teaching centres in Scotland - Edinburgh and Glasgow - where you can learn Transcendental Meditation and a total of 80 in the whole of the United Kingdom. TM is also taught in Dundee, Aberdeen and the Borders. Courses are taught by qualified teachers who have spent at least a year on full-time training programmes designed and supervised by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of Transcendental Meditation.

Teachers of Transcendental Meditation are always happy to give talks to groups - clubs, societies, schools, businesses etc - or a private meeting of friends.
